Fare Policy & Charges

Minimum Booking Distance

130 km minimum per trip. For shorter distances, a minimum fare applies based on cab type.

Toll Charges

Toll charges are passed through at actuals. You pay the toll amount directly at each toll plaza. No markup.

Parking Charges

Airport and railway station parking, if applicable, is charged at actuals. Hotel drop parking, if any, is also at actuals.

Waiting Charges

45 minutes of free waiting time is included for airport pickups (from actual landing time). Additional waiting: ₹150 per 30 minutes.

Hill Station Charges

For hill station routes (Ooty, Kodaikanal, Munnar, Yercaud), a hill charge of ₹400–₹600 may apply for routes where the return journey requires significant repositioning. This is confirmed at booking.

Night Travel

No night surcharge. Our per-km rate applies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Interstate Permit

Commercial vehicle permit for interstate travel (Tamil Nadu ↔ Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh) is included in the base fare. No additional border charges.

Driver Bata

Driver Bata (outstation allowance) is already factored into the per-km rate. No cash payment to the driver is required at the destination for standard one-way trips.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation if made more than 3 hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 3 hours of pickup: small cancellation fee as per cab type. No-shows are charged the minimum fare.
